Index for Communication Project

Dale, your context meeting has become extermely active. I am not sure I remember all that I have just read, however, a few thought came to mind as I read.

1. You are aware of the fact that anyone attempting to do a paradigm shift will encounter the resistance of the accepted model. Your activities are no different. The task of a visionary is to first conceive the vision and most importantly, articulate or communicate the vision in terms the audience can understand. If people cannot "see," they will not "believe." To use the John passage ". . .because thou hast seen me, thou has believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed." (Jn 20:29)

2. Remember that your audience is not necessarily interested in technology and fancy computers. Your audience is interested in the communication of the gospel and that should be the primary emphasis you push. People will join your BB, not because of the technology, but because you have made information available in a more efficient manner.

3. You should be prepared to hear people take you input and use some of it. Your presence at United has been felt. The fact that you are in this program is evident of that. The fact that this program exist is evident of that.
