Seek to network the church as completely as possible; envision an ecumenical network of networks where theological traditions of all kinds can learn from the resources of others, and discover resources from other traditions in similar areas of interest/need. Computer networks make it possible to search across denominational boundaries for work on common issues of ministry concern. (The Internet WAIS --Wide Area INformation Services---is a kind of cross-network search tool which finds resources which match a particular search parameter. This is something that could be used ---or something like it---to search across various databases for information/resources on a particular area. World Wide Web or WWW, is similar with "hypertext" features which contacts the server computers that hold information on the topic you've selected The "Gopher" system available at many Internet servers is a worldwide searcher. There is so much to be learned and explored and discovered out there!

There is so much to relate here amongst us. I am filled with anticipation about our little community here, and look forward to our online experience and interaction, as well as our meeting personally in January!
