The Bible as Hypertext
Cluetrain Manifesto thesis number Six: The Internet is enabling conversations among human beings that were simply not possible in the era of mass media.
This is true in terms of the pure number of possible participants, and also in terms of the qualities present or qualities that are possibilities for this type of conversation. The linking; the diversity of directions that a conversation can take, and the ways that one topic can spawn another, perhaps entirely unintended topic, are forces which I believe are especially ripe in opportunity for theological discussion.
