How do I remove an item title when I decide I don't want it? (I won't add one for this one)

Has anybody tried to make a tool that allows one to take the Title and Link for an category item and make it available to the main index page as a link to that article in that category? Even better, to show the name of the category as a link, and the article with its permalink?

I've come a long way with Radio over the past week. I just installed the KIT tools, and love the News Aggregator, and , as in this post, Ttiles and Links for my posts
