Radio Community Server: Radio Community Server Pricing
This seems like a clincher for me. I was putting off buying it, on this, the last day of my 30-day trial, but reading about this put visions of a "MyChurch Radio Community" into my head. I guess I'll go ahead and take the plunge and license my copy of Radio.

Anybody know how I can get my posts from theoblogical.blogspot.com to come here to my news aggregator,  so I can link to stories over there?  And even use it as a different but linked site? Or just do cool xml stuff with it?

Baseball: Let's hope they don't strike.  They could put a hurtin' on the game then.  How many times can they do this to us?  Field of Dreams will really get to me if they do (even more thanit already does),  since that line "It reminds us something that once was good,  and could be again" line James Earl Jones spoke in his "Baseball Marks the Time" speech.

Another Flash Communication Server Info Article:

Ann : Macromedia Flash Communication Server.

It is finally here. You can find more information on the product page, check out the top 10 reasons to buy, read the FAQ, download the trial, talk about it on the forum, buy it, check out resources at the Flash Communication Server MX Application Development Center, or at the support center.

I wrote this week's logged in column, which discusses the different versions of the server and pricing and hosting options.

Btw, we will be showing off the server tonight in NYC. You can find info about the event here.

RadioExpress is a downloadable little javascript:URL that goes in the Link section of your toolbar in IE (or I suppose somewhere else in Netscape  or whatever) and lets you send that URL to the Radio editor for posting.   This is the thing I was looking for on my theoblogical.blogspot.com blog today in the Sam Ruby link posted at 1107am

"theoblogical" post for July 10 [Dale Lature: Theoblogical Studies] a link from my own news aggregator,  where I subscribed to my own category and then selected this article to post a link.

One of the Macromedia Bloggers who also uses Radio has a feed on his site,  so I added it,  and point you to this article of his,  because I was looking today at the product below,  thinking about Flash-powered Forums for our site:

Flash Communication Server Component Information.

We have put up a page with some information on the availability of the Flash Communication Server Components:

During the week of July 15, 2002, seven of the Communication Components for Macromedia Flash Communication Server MX will be available for download to all users, including trial users. In early August, additional components will be made available to registered users.

Note that these are not necessary to author content for the Flash Communication Server (they just make some things easier).
