You don't see stuff like this reported on the front pages, but ESPN at least had a link to it. Makes me not want to trust anybody.
ESPN.com: MLB - MLB lawyer: Progress made on revenue sharing
Representatives for the baseball owners and the players' union met Friday after taking Thursday off and Rob Manfred, the owners' top labor lawyer, told ESPN.com's Jayson Stark that the sides have made substantial progress on revenue sharing over the past 1½ weeks.

Selig added he doesn't believe the Twins' fortunes will change without a new stadium. "The Vikings will tell you that, too,'' he said.
And put WHO in these new stadiums Bud? If there's a strike, these stadiums are gonna be in the parking business.
Is there a PR department for major league baseball? Uh, no, probably not, judging by the actions of MLB lately. If there were, the first thing I'd be doing would be to get Selig the heck off the airwaves. He's death to PR.

Bud Selig has more moronic things to say:
ESPN.com: MLB Index Bud Selig says their success this year is an "aberration." They might be contracted after the season. However, the Twins just keep on winning and got a key player back Saturday afternoon. Brad Radke had a solid performance in his first start in two months and Luis Rivas hit a walkoff homer in the 10th in Minnesota's 4-3 win
You're the abberation, Bud, the blemish on baseball history. How many bone-headed things can you do while your joke-commissioner-ship is still in effect? The picture of you throwing up your hands at the all-star game is a perfect snapshot of your place in baseball: CLUELESS! As a "former" owner, the fact that you are even called commissioner is a joke.
